We are looking for a knowledgeable home health and hospice consultants who can lend their expertise to our home health and hospice clients. A great consultant is both an expert in his or her field, and also has an excellent skill in identifying the cause of problems and presenting solutions in a comprehensive and detailed manner.
Minimum of four-year degree
Minimum of three years in the home health and hospice space either with an agency or an EMR vendor
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) Electronic Medical Record (preferred)
Ability to travel and work remotely. This position requires travel which is estimated at 25% - 50%, but can be as high as 100% for periods of time. When you're not meeting with clients on site, you have the opportunity to work remotely.
Highly organized and proven experience of meeting project deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Great customer service skills
Desire to grow your knowledge within the industry
Willingness to learn new operational and technological approaches to post-acute care
Ability to develop, plan and implement educational programs
Assess agencies for operational, regulatory compliance and financial efficiencies
Develop project plans based upon findings
Provide project feedback to team members and customers
Home health and hospice industry experience (At least three years of experience with either an agency or an EMR vendor)
Work remotely (at times)
