Matt brings more than 10 years of healthcare experience to the Maxwell team. Most relevant to his supply consulting expertise is his vast experience as a top-preforming sales representative in medical supply distribution. Having worked with providers across the continuum, Matt is well-versed in the supply management challenges facing home health, hospice, DME, acute care and long-term care providers.
Matt began his medical sales career with Mcna Med. While at Mcna Med, he overhauled the company's supply distribution processes, which played a pivotal role in PSS World Medical's acquisition of Mcna. In his time at PSS, and then Mckesson Medical Surgical, Matt was recognized as a top sales rep with honors like Rookie of the Year, President's Club and more. Most recently, Matt served as a field sales consultant with Henry Schein Medical. There he helped stabilize a large IDN customer that was recently acquired by a competitor.
In Matt's free time, he loves spending time with his wife Ashley and five children. Together they enjoy traveling, the outdoors and just about every sport there is.
